Kazakhstarch starch plant, founded in 2025, has become one of the leading producers of starch and its processed products in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. This private Kazakh plant, located in the “heart” of the corn fields of the Panfilov district of the Almaty region, successfully combines tradition and innovation, providing products of the highest quality.
History and Development
The Kazstarch plant, located in a region famous for its corn fields, has become a long-awaited solution for processing this valuable raw material. In 2025, the enterprise was fully put into operation, becoming an important milestone in the development of the agro-industrial complex.
The modern plant, built by the world's leading equipment manufacturers Alfa Laval and ABP Gida San, meets international quality standards. Its production capacity is up to 300 tons of corn grain processing per day.
The Kazstarch plant not only created more than 90 jobs, but also became a center of social activity in the region, contributing to its sustainable economic growth.

Products and Export
Today the plant offers a wide range of products, including modified starch, maltose and glucose syrups, gluten, corn oil and animal feed. Particular attention is paid to glucose-fructose syrup, which has no analogues in Central Asia, which is produced using advanced technologies and does not contain artificial additives.
The plant provides 60% of its supplies to Kazakh companies, such as Rakhat JSC, RG Brands LLP, and Carlsberg Kazakhstan LLP. The remaining 40% of products are exported to Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Türkiye, China and Afghanistan

Production process
From here begins the process of producing finished corn products, which includes several quality control steps to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the final product. At each stage, raw materials are thoroughly analyzed for the presence of harmful impurities or pathogenic microflora, which ensures the high quality of the finished product.
