For a deep processing enterprise, a stable raw material base is as important as modern equipment. The plant requires a predictable volume of corn of a specified quality, and farmers need an understandable sales market and transparent acceptance conditions.
Volume planning
Effective cooperation begins before the sowing campaign. It is important for the manufacturer to know the potential needs of the plant, recommended hybrids and the estimated delivery schedule. The plant, in turn, gets the opportunity to plan loading and storage.
Quality requirements
The key indicators are humidity, weeds and grain impurities, contamination, grain damage and the absence of foreign odors. The exact requirements must be published in a separate regulation and annex to the contract.
Acceptance and calculations
Upon receipt, each batch is weighed and undergoes laboratory control. The farmer should receive clear analysis results, calculation of the test weight and information about the applied adjustments.
Long term relationship
Contracting, consultations on growing technology, coordinating harvesting dates and developing logistics help reduce the risks of both parties. Coordination with farms in Shardara and neighboring areas is especially important.
Discuss cooperation
Farmers interested in cooperation are advised to send information about the region, planting area, expected yield and possible delivery times.
