For large food and industrial companies, not only the characteristics of the product are important, but also the ability of the supplier to provide regular volumes. The Kazstarch project is being formed as an industrial-scale enterprise with a developed infrastructure for receiving, storing and processing corn.
Scale as the basis for stability
High design capacity allows you to plan large batches, create a production schedule and serve customers from different industries. At the same time, the stability of supplies depends not only on the equipment, but also on the raw material base, warehouses, transport and inventory management system.
Own storage infrastructure
The complex of receiving, drying and storing grain helps to even out the seasonality of corn supply. Raw materials can be received during the harvesting period, brought to the required parameters and used according to the production plan.
Working with industrial contracts
Large customers require predictability: agreed specifications, delivery schedules, packaging, quality documents and clear communication. Kazstarch's production model should be focused on long-term contracts and agreement on product parameters before the start of serial shipments.
Phased achievement of design indicators
At the launch stage, the enterprise will undergo equipment adjustment, testing and confirmation of process stability. Therefore, actual volumes should be planned in stages, taking into account the readiness of the lines and the results of production tests.
Discuss cooperation
To pre-plan supplies, please provide information about the product, monthly requirement, packaging form and desired shipment schedule.
